Who is this plan for?
If you are looking for an individually designed workout plan and the ability to have regular dialogue with your coach about workout and race planning, Level I is your plan. Level I plans are customizable for any distance and any athlete skill level.
What you get:
· Weekly written workouts through e-mail tailored to your athletic goals and busy schedule
· Individual strength, stretching, and form workouts to prevent injury and increase performance
· Regular phone/e-mail/text message feedback for necessary training adjustments and race and equipment related questions
· In-Person coaching (available at hourly rates)
Prices:
· $150/month on the monthly pay schedule
· In Person Coaching Sessions $30/hr (subject to availability)
Discounted monthly rates for paying 3 months or a year in advance:
· $125/month on the quarterly pay schedule ($375/3 months) - you save $300/year
· $100/month on the yearly pay schedule ($1200/year) – you save $600/year
